We so ofter lose ourselves in the "ands" and "demands" of life. My journey began a few years ago when I realized how much I was neglecting self-love. I was on auto-pilot, wearing a mask, thinking I had it all, but inside, I was deeply unhappy, dark, and lonely.
It wasn’t until someone held a mirror up to my life that I woke up. Despite having everything I thought I wanted, I was unfulfilled. Learning to love myself through God’s eyes broke the mold and allowed me to become my most authentic self.
